The Punjab Government has recently unveiled the PEEF Scholarship 2025 2026, under the Punjab Education Endowment Fund. This PEEF 2025 2026 scholarship has a designated quota for students in the 8th grade, Matric, Intermediate, and those graduating in 2025. The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund scholarship is a national scheme for gifted Pakistani students.

The PEEF is a proactive scholarship scheme which provides Scholarships at the doorstep of needy and talented students of Punjab and other provinces, AJ&K, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
PEEF Master Level Scholarship 2025 2026
The PEEF has allocated 80% of its annual scholarships for under “Outreach Scholarships” category. These scholarships are awarded to needy & talented students to pursue higher education for studies in the following two (2) educational levels.
- Intermediate
- Graduation

These scholarships have been allocated for both public and private sector educational institutions.
Punjab Educational Endowment Fund Scholarships
The PEEF has adopted a “Pro-active Approach” for the award of PEEF Outreach Scholarships to the talented and needy students. No advertisements are released to seek applications for scholarships (except Special Quota & Master’s level); rather PEEF itself obtains data of meritorious students from all Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) of Punjab and Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and contact the eligible and meritorious students who have attained top positions in their respective tehsils & educational streams.

Pakistan Education Endowment Fund Scholarship
The Pakistan Educational Endowment Fund endeavors to bring best educational opportunities to the less privileged and talented youth of Punjab, and bring them at par with the most fortunate ones. In this perspective, the districts of Punjab have been divided into two major categories; Developed Districts (DDs) and Less Developed Districts (LDDs)
Level Wise Eligibility Criteria PEEF Scholarship
Eligible students can fill in and return the scholarship application forms to The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund.
Intermediate and Graduation Level
The students must have:
- Passed Matriculation OR Intermediate annual examination held by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Punjab or Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad in annual.
- Only students of Federal Government Institutions and Federal Private affiliated institutions situated within geographical boundaries of Punjab are eligible.
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than PKR. 60,000/- .
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories.
- Orphans
- Children of government employees of BPS 1-4 (Children of Both Serving and Retired Govt. servants are eligible )
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children (Disabled)
- The Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
- Children of divorced mothers
- Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full time student in the same year as of passing the examination.
Note
- The Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 are exempted from income limit criteria if salary is the only source of income
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 60,000/-
- Marks improvers or students who have passed examination in supplementary session are ineligible to apply for PEEF scholarships.
- Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks (*) are ineligible to apply for PEEF scholarships.
PEEF Special Quota Scholarship 2025 2026
PEEF has allocated 20% of its total scholarships to Special Quota(SQ) category. The Special Quota Scholarships are awarded under five categories.
- Orphans
- Children of government employees of BPS 1-4 (Children of Both Serving and Retired Govt. servants are eligible )
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children (Disabled)
- The Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
- Children of divorced mothers
Intermediate and Graduation Level
- Newspaper advertisement is released and applications are invited from students to apply online with in due date.
- The applications received are scrutinized and eligible students are shortlisted against scholarships allocated for each district, category and gender
- Intimation letters and scholarship application forms are sent at the residential addresses of the shortlisted students
- shortlisted students fills in and return back the scholarship application forms to PEEF
- All the received forms are scrutinized and verified
- District, category and gender wise merit lists are prepared for the award of scholarships
- Scholarships are awarded through the respective educational institutions where PEEF scholars are currently enrolled.
PEEF Scholarship Pakistan
Other Provinces, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, FATA, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), Gilgit Baltistan
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has allocated special scholarship quotas for talented and needy students of other provinces, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad Capital Territory. These scholarships are awarded to the pass outs of public sector institutions to pursue Intermediate, Graduation and Master’s level education in their respective province or any other educational institution of Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria For Intermediate and Graduation Levels
The prospective student must have:
- The provincial / territory / domicile
- Passed Matriculation or Intermediate Examination held in annual by the respective Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
- Scored at least 60% marks in the above mentioned examination
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a fulltime student in the same year as of passing the examination
- Passed these examinations from Government Institution of respective province / territory.
- Monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
- Orphan Children
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
- Children of divorced mothers
- Not availing any other educational scholarship during the respective academic year

Technical Education PEEF Scholarship For Students Of Balochistan
The PEEF has allocated 30 scholarships for district toppers of DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) to pursue Graduation level education in institutions of Balochistan and/or Punjab.
Eligibility criteria For Technical Education Scholarship PEEF
The student must have:
- Passed DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) examination conducted by BISE Quetta in annual
- Secured at least 60% marks in the above mentioned examination
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full time student in the same year as of passing the examination
- The prospective student may get enrolled in undergraduate/ diploma /certification programme in Balochistan OR
- Scholarships may also be awarded to the students of Balochistan who are enrolled in TEVTA/ Punjab administered institutions in undergraduate/ diploma /certification program
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year

- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 60,000/-
PEEF Scholarship Master’s Level For Student of Balochistan Province
The PEEF has allocated 30 scholarships for Master’s level education for students studying in Public Sector Universities of Balochistan. In order to be eligible for PEEF scholarships; a student must have:
- Balochistan domicile
- Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in BA/ B.Sc./ B.COM/ BS/ BBA etc. in annual examination held in last three years of announcing the scholarship
- Secured admission as a full time student in the current academic / degree year as of announcing the scholarship in a Public Sector University of Balochistan.
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other scholarship for Master’s level studies.
- The prospective student, besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, must qualify the merit and need criteria of the respective University.
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
- Orphan Children
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
- Children of divorced mothers

Following students are not eligible for PEEF Master’s level scholarship:
- Students who have already passed / got MA / MSc / MS / MPhil etc. degree.
- Marks improvers or students who have passed examination in supplementary session.
- Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks (*).
- Availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
- Beneficiary of Prime Minister Fee / any other fee reimbursement scheme / program.
PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship For Students Having FATA Domicile
PEEF has allocated 15 additional scholarships for Master Level education for students having FATA domicile studying in any Public Sector University of Pakistan.
- FATA domicile
- Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in BA/ B.Sc./ B.COM/ BS/ BBA etc. examination held in last three years of announcing the scholarship (annual)
- Secured admission as a fulltime student in the current academic / degree year as of announcing the scholarship in a Public Sector University of Pakistan
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other scholarship for Master’s Level studies.
- The prospective student, besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, must qualify the merit and need criteria of the respective University.
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
- Orphan Children
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks

PEEF Selection Process
- Higher Education Department / office of the provincial / territory acts as Focal office for the identification and selection of students for Master’s level scholarships
- The Focal Office advertises PEEF scholarships in national and local dailies / website for identification of meritorious and deserving students.
- The applications are invited on prescribed PEEF scholarship application forms.
- All the received applications are scrutinized and assessed on need & merit criteria.
- The meritorious and deserving students are awarded PEEF scholarships.

Last Date PEEF Scholarship 2026 Online Apply
In addition to the above mentioned scholarships, the PEEF has allocated 20 scholarships each to Cadet College Sui & Cadet College Pishin, Balochistan. These scholarships have been allocated for students having Balochistan domicile to purse Secondary and Intermediate level education from Cadet College Sui & Cadet College Pishin. The responsibility of identification and selection of the deserving and meritorious student rests with the respective educational institution.
