  1. Create an Account / Sign In

    • Open the app or website.

    • Register using your CNIC, email, and mobile number.

    • Enter the OTP (sent to your phone) to verify your identity.

  2. Fill Out the Application

    • Select “Apply for Learner Permit”.

    • Enter required personal details:

      • Full name (as per CNIC)

      • CNIC number

      • Date of birth

      • Address

      • Contact info

    • Choose your license category (e.g., Motor Car, Bike, etc.)

  3. Upload Documents

    • Scanned copy of CNIC (front and back)

    • Recent passport-sized photo

    • Medical Certificate (signed/stamped by authorized medical officer)

      • Note: You may need to visit a registered clinic/office for this.

  4. Pay the Fee Online

    • The fee is usually Rs. 300–500 (subject to change).

    • Pay via:

      • Easypaisa / JazzCash

      • Credit/Debit Card

      • Bank transfer (as available)

  5. Download Your Learner Permit

    • Once approved, you can download the digital copy.

    • A physical copy is still required during road checks – print it and keep it with you.
